7zed Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 7zed (hereinafter "7zed", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), operating at the domain 7zed.vip. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the 7zed platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, bonus programmes, and all other services offered through the platform.

By accessing the 7zed platform — whether by creating an account, logging into an existing account, browsing the platform as a guest, or placing any form of wager or bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

7zed reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If any amendment materially affects your rights as a player, 7zed will endeavour to provide prominent notice on the platform homepage.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 7zed's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published on the platform from time to time. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a game-specific or promotional rule, these Terms shall take precedence unless the specific rule explicitly states otherwise.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the 7zed platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher than 18.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any commercial entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 7zed platform or had your account closed by 7zed for any violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 7zed or any of 7zed's game provider partners.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party, and the funds you deposit are legally obtained and belong to you personally.

7zed reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during a player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. All eligibility conditions must be met on a continuous basis — not merely at the point of initial registration.

Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 7zed platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where 7zed identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be closed and any winnings generated across those accounts may be voided.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must not use a false name, a fictitious identity, or any form of anonymisation that prevents 7zed from verifying your identity. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

As part of 7zed's Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, players will be required to submit identity verification documents before processing their first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Address verification may also be requested in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement. All documents must be clear, legible, and unmodified.

• Identity verification (KYC): Required before first withdrawal. Accepted documents: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate. Documents must be current and unaltered.
• Address verification: May be required for withdrawals above certain thresholds. Accepted documents: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. 7zed processes all submitted verification documents with confidentiality and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Document review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. Pending verification, withdrawal requests will be held but not cancelled. If verification documents are found to be fraudulent or misrepresentative, the account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

7zed supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits are credited to your 7zed account balance in real time for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account depending on your card issuer's processing time. 7zed does not charge any platform-side fee for deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider (for example, mobile wallet transaction charges) are outside of 7zed's control.

1. The minimum deposit amount at 7zed is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
3. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 6 hours for bKash and Nagad, and 1 to 3 business days for bank card withdrawals, measured from the time of withdrawal approval following KYC verification.
4. Withdrawals must be sent to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the account, in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. Exceptions may be approved by the 7zed compliance team on a case-by-case basis.
5. 7zed reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that display patterns consistent with potential misuse or money laundering activity.
6. Players must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. 7zed cooperates with relevant law enforcement and financial authorities in the investigation of suspicious transactions.

7zed does not offer credit facilities to players. You may only wager funds that are currently available in your confirmed account balance. Any attempt to artificially inflate your balance through fraudulent payment reversals, chargebacks, or unauthorised transactions will result in immediate account closure and recovery of any funds disbursed as a result of such activity.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

7zed offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. The flagship offer is the 100% first-deposit welcome bonus, which matches your initial deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This means that if you deposit ৳10,000 as your first deposit, you will receive an additional ৳10,000 in bonus funds, giving you ৳20,000 to play with. The maximum bonus receivable under the welcome offer is ৳20,000 regardless of the deposit amount above that threshold.

All bonuses at 7zed are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real funds. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus (total: ৳2,000), you must wager a total of ৳60,000 (30 × ৳2,000) before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real funds.

• Welcome bonus eligibility: Available to all newly registered players on their first qualifying deposit. Minimum first deposit to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500. The bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration.
• Wagering contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 20%. Sports betting contributes 100% on selections with odds of 1.50 or greater. Crash games contribute 50%.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds that have not been wagered within 30 days of crediting will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance. No extension is available after expiry.
• One bonus per household: Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: The maximum amount that can be withdrawn as a result of bonus winnings (after satisfying wagering requirements) is capped at 5x the value of the original bonus credited. Any excess above this cap will be removed from the account at the time of withdrawal.

These Terms apply as a baseline to all promotions unless specifically overridden.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All casino games available on the 7zed platform — including slots, live dealer tables, video poker, crash games, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studios. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any external party including 7zed staff. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

For sports betting markets, 7zed's sportsbook uses real-time odds derived from live market data for events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC fixtures, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet slip reference is generated, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement.

• Technical malfunction voids play: In the event of a technical error, server outage, or game malfunction during an active wager, the affected round or bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. 7zed bears no liability for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Disconnection during live games: If your internet connection is interrupted mid-round in a live casino game, the round will resolve according to the game outcome determined by the dealer and studio RNG. Reconnect to the platform to view the result. Disconnections are not grounds for voiding a completed game round.
• Responsible bet placement: Players are solely responsible for reviewing their bet slip before confirming any wager. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be edited or cancelled except via the cash-out function (where available on sports betting markets) prior to the event result being determined.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, clearly displayed within the game interface. Placing a bet that exceeds the maximum stake for a game or market is not permitted; the excess above the cap will be returned to your balance.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool designed to give a player an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to card-counting software in live Blackjack, automated betting pattern tools in roulette, and any software that intercepts or manipulates the real-time data feeds used by the 7zed platform. Detection of such use will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 7zed platform, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment and to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7zed platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during registration, verification, or while communicating with 7zed support staff.
2. Creating more than one account for any purpose, including circumventing a previous account closure, claiming duplicate bonuses, or obscuring your identity.
3. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format available on the platform.
4. Using the 7zed platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. 7zed is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant financial authorities.
5. Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions after funds have been deposited and used for wagering. Chargebacks are treated as theft and will result in permanent account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.
6. Attempting to access the 7zed platform through a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, or other anonymisation technology to obscure your true geographic location or identity.
7. Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
8. Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language when communicating with 7zed customer support staff or other players on any shared platform feature.
9. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds in sports markets for deliberate financial gain. Where such exploitation is identified, associated winnings will be voided regardless of whether the exploit was intentional.
10. Reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any content, odds, data, or intellectual property from the 7zed platform without the prior written consent of 7zed.

Violations of these obligations may result in, at 7zed's sole discretion: a formal warning, temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities. 7zed's determination of a violation is final for the purpose of internal account actions, though players retain any legal rights available to them under applicable law.

Account Suspension and Closure

Players may request the closure of their 7zed account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 7zed will process the request within 24 hours. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

7zed also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without advance notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: violation of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player themselves.

• Player-initiated closure: Contact live chat or email [email protected]. Processed within 24 hours. Remaining real-money balance returned to verified payment method within standard withdrawal timeframes.
• Self-exclusion closure: Activated immediately upon request. Irreversible for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen (minimum 6 months). A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Self-exclusion is available from your account dashboard or via live chat.
• 7zed-initiated suspension: May be applied immediately without prior notice where a serious breach of Terms is identified. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals are frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed.
• Inactive account closure: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 7zed will attempt to contact the registered email address before closing an inactive account. Remaining real-money balances on inactive accounts are held for a minimum of 6 years from the date of last activity.

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and entire agreement between you and 7zed with respect to your use of the platform, superseding all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms were last updated in January 2026. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes.
